On 2 September 2026, Sossi Tatikyan, Director of the Yerevan Center of Foreign and Security Policy (YCFSP), took part at the 19th Pan-European Conference on International Relations, organized by the European International Studies Association (EISA), held at Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon.

 She presented on "Multi-Alignment as a Small-State Strategy: Armenia in a Fragmented European Neighbourhood" at the panel on Small State Security and Alignment in a Changing Security.  

The panel involved small states studies scholars from Europe, Eurasia, and Asia, analysing the strategies of the Scandinavian countries, Estonia, Singapore, and Kazakhstan.
